How do I renew or cancel my subscription?
Our NSI memberships offer a convenient 6-month commitment, providing you with ongoing access to our comprehensive services. After this initial period, your membership will seamlessly renew on a monthly basis for continued convenience. Should you wish to end your membership, simply provide us with written notice at least 30 days before your desired cancellation date. If you choose to cancel before the completion of the 6-month term, you'll only be responsible for paying the remaining balance, ensuring flexibility and affordability.

What happens if I do not use all of my services that come with my membership?
While we encourage you to take full advantage of the services included in your membership, please note that unused services do not roll over and are non-refundable. However, we're confident that the range of benefits available will enhance your experience and well-being.

Can I schedule multiple membership treatments in one appointment?
Our membership services are designed to be spaced three weeks apart, ensuring optimal results and ongoing care for our valued patients.

Do I have to pay the deposit when scheduling if I am a member?
We don't ask for a deposit when you book a membership treatment. However, to ensure fairness for all our patients and to manage our schedule effectively, we do request that you keep a card on file in case of cancellations or no-shows.
